The concrete is mechanically ground to create a consistent surface profile. The finished system is only as dependable as the preparation beneath it.

Qualifying cracks and selected joints are handled according to the agreed scope. Structural concrete repair is identified separately rather than hidden inside a coating promise.

The approved base, full-broadcast flake, and clear protective system are installed as one controlled sequence, followed by clear care and return-to-service guidance.
